RETAIN Minnesota and Workforce Development Area Partnership

WDAS is proud to support RETAIN Minnesota in helping workers stay connected to their jobs during illness or injury. Together, we promote early return‑to‑work planning, reduce job loss, and strengthen communication between workers, employers, and healthcare providers.          

Through this collaboration, we aim to:

• Strengthen communication between employers, workers, and healthcare providers
• Promote early and safe return-to-work planning
• Reduce avoidable job loss due to medical conditions
• Connect Minnesotans to resources that support both recovery and continued
