The Retaining Employment and Talent after Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN) helps workers stay at or return to work when an injury or illness impacts employment.
Staying active and safely returning to work is known to speed healing and improve outcomes – RETAIN is available to help workers safely return to work as quickly as possible.
We Can Help
Who is Eligible for MN RETAIN?
Workers who meet the following conditions, may qualify for services through the MN RETAIN program:
- You live and work in Minnesota
- You have worked within the past 3 months
- You have an injury or illness that affects work
Minnesota Healthcare providers have the opportunity to receive support in their patient’s return-to-work plan. RETAIN/Mayo Clinic healthcare leads, Drs.
