The video explains the Retaining Employment and Talent after Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN) program and how it helps workers stay at or return to work when an injury or illness impacts employment.
Staying active and safely returning to work is known to speed healing and improve outcomes – RETAIN is available to help workers safely return to work as quickly as possible. Minnesota RETAIN also assists workers that cannot be accommodated in their regular job. They may have the option of working with a Career Navigator who might be able to create an individualized employment plan for the worker.
